just did a high pinion conversion for black lion swb and after reading on here that after the required swaping of crown wheel and center it just bolts right in and away you go happy motoring .how ever the tail shaft bolt pattern is about 20mm smaller what do we need to do to fix this can we just ...

ok to confirm this i now have a tarago pit man arm fitted it has a little more drop than standard but runs the small toyota tie rod end off of a 40 serries crusier still not sure on vit power steer arm but a man steer arm is same as sierra in the spline anyway

can some one tell me what pitman arm i need to get to work with lux axles as in longer than sierra pitman arm as i have 2 ps boxes (mx 32 and mx65) but cant find the right spline to hook up with ether box even they are the same spline please help i will post pics if i need to once i figure it out

why not a 4agze with a hybrid vit 4 speed /volvo auto with a home made kicker 3 with twin stock vit and sierra t case that is what is going in to mine best of every world

mine also had a flat spot around 3000rpm that is why we filed the flat spots on to the needles to try and get more fuel in it helped alot almost perfect but sold before we could finish the tune up propley good luck

needle and seats wont hold back the presure they can only hold gravity presure yes a small tank will solve most of your problems i think as well

fuel presure on a bike is gravity i had a surge tankset up ou mine to gravity feed the carbs with return line to let exces / all pressure bleed back to tank the needle is what you need to mod not the jets as they were cheaper back then and i was a tight arse aswell and yes your cam will have an ...

mate i did this a long time ago on a mazda 1300 you will need to put bigger jets and change (file a flat side to all the neddles in the main jet) the reason being more fuel delivery the fuel spitting out is caused by air pusles coming back from the cam timming at high rpm yes went like sh!t of a ...

carby vitara was fitted with a tri-matic and can be made to run with out the transfer case and moded with any tri-matic parts .
with a standard stall convertor the first gear is 10.9:1 from my memory
