Toyota REALLY should have made the 80 and 100 series with a Coil cab option! They look f**king awesome. Not to mention that they'd flex so much better than the 75/79 series!

Heres a vid of a single cab, pretty sure its someone from this forum

utes

Post by 69mud »

just wondering if the guys with single or extra cab utes have done a chassis extension or how they moved the rear axle back from the rear of the cab as it is close and will hinder running decent tyres

I run 38's on mine without chassis extension. Rear is no issue, easily fit 40's as grant said. Probably even bigger. Front is another matter. With 4" suspension lift, no body lift, I had to chop about 2" out of the rear of the front guards

If anyone is doing this themselves or has done it please post up a build up thread on it. I'm getting to the point of wanting to put the grinder to it myself, just not sure what happens next
