dual cab 80's
Moderators: toaddog, Elmo, DUDELUX
Daz will be back on to the 80 real soon.
Its short list is
302 winsor
straight gas
auto
60 series tcase
Bobbed and uted
bla bla bla.
Oh and before anybody says anything about the 302 being to small for an 80, yeah it might be but atleast it will sound good and the WHOLE setup from the motor to tcase and the gas only cost $1000.

MUD, MUD, GLORIOUS MUD!
Thanks simkell, Yeah I had the barn doors on my wagon, and upper rear tailgates are way expensive at wreckers so we cut up the barn doors.
Basically(very basic) the D pillar section including roof was cut and moved forward to match up with the C pillar, trying to keep it as small as possible.
Then we took all hinges etc off barn doors cut em in half and welded them on!! The rear window is 4.5mm tinted perspex, and I cut up the old cargo barrier and re-fitted inside for protection etc.etc.etc (lots of etc's).
I wanted to do something different from everyone else with the tray so I crossed the rear bars instead of straight down, took a while to get used to the look of it but I like it now.
It would be a lot easier to cut it behind C pillar and fit a flat wall from top to bottom, but the extra effort to keep the rounded look of the 80 series was well worth the effort in my oppinion.
Anyway I could ramble on forever about it but it'll just bore everyone so I'll catch ya later.
ps. Any other questions dont hesitate.
