Mine has 15s sunnys on it with rubbers that match the standard 16s and it sits on 2750rpm@100kph. Sounds like yours is ok to me.

Edit:any chance of getting some info/pictures of your intercooler setup as I am looking to do this to mine. ie what inter you used etc

cheers

What I did with the coolant was put a 2lt-e heater pipes and thermostat housing on. They both have the provisions for hoses to go to the turbo.

Thanks mate. Thats not real high of a temp. Mine gets to 550 up the range then the coolant temp starts to rise. Does anyone have any fixes to lower the coolant temp?

The reason I am asking is mine takes about 10 seconds easy, even after it has sat for about an hour. I have had it for about 80k(it has 180k now) I have always run RX Super in it with genuine filters(they cost about $14 each) and I change the oil and filter every 5k religiously. I might have to pull ...

there is a roll pin on the compressor housing preventing it from turning. You will see it better when you remove the circlip. What are you going to do about the waste gate acuator arm

Righto I have finally put my CT20 on my 2.8d and all is going pretty well except for the turbo intake and boost pipes. I have scrapped the idea of intercooling for the time being. What do all you guys use for the plumbing, I was thinking 2 inch exhaust tubing from the turbo to the inlet manifold ...
