I put a 3.5" bodylift in my 83 a few years ago with no probs. Had to lengthen steering shaft and fuel filler, drop radiator and stretch brake lines. Cant remember if I had to cut the floor around the gear levers or not.

I got mine done here

$365 fitted and as it is electronic it can be changed for different tyres or gearing. Also can have a switch fitted to the dash to change between different tyres............good if you have an offroad set and an on road set.

6 inches of lift and mine rub a bit on full lock.
My old 98 with 2" bodylift and 32 BFGs had the same rubbing on full lock.

I get 17ltrs per 100kms around town in my V6 manual with 35" tyres. Toyota's figures state 15 so I thought 17 with 35s was good. The worst I ever got was 25 towing a trailer loaded at 140kph.

Those nuts are fixed. And you will be able to replace those bolts with longer ones once lifted.

Hi All! :)
Do you mean to say that the Snake Racing 4" Suspension Lift and the ProComp Stage II 4" Suspension Lift are one and the same?

I've got the snake Racing Pro Comp IFS 4" in my lux. Also got a 2" body lift with 35s. The front tyres do scuff the mud flaps a bit. Also doesnt seem to have any axle wrap (3.4 V6 manual)
Would be happy to answer any questions............send me a PM
