75w90, I use Nulon "Smooth Shift". I would check your oil levels first. I rebuilt my F300's transfer case here at home with no "special" tools and not having done-so before - they are a pretty simple affair with commonly available parts (but no "off-the-shelf" rebuild kit) and the only thing you'll ...

In my Feroza, I just follow the correct engine settings e.g. tune up like valve clearance, clean carbs, correct timing ignition, correct spark plugs. And I use a Simota air Filter similar to K&N. Also on tires I used the maximum recommended size 225/70/R15 tires. My consumption on traffic here in ...

The Feroza was made to be an all around 4x4 Leisure SUV. Thats why I did not lower my Feroza, I just remained it stock because even on stock height it can tackle off road.

"Though shall not lower thy 4x4 SUV"

Even rally styled (e.g. Paris Dakar) SUVs are not lowered. IMHO

I also found the factory fitted muffler provided much better torque/power and fuel economy than the standard generic replacement fitted by exhaust shops here in NZ to my Feroza and petrol Rockies. (Ok...I'm greedy) A solution was to insert and weld a restrictor ring in the tail pipe at the 'outlet ...

exhaust muffler standard /OEM size

Is it 1.5"? I plan to bring back the standard size and remove the 2" exhaust after the muffler going to the rearmost tip.

My Feroza here in the Philippines has a fuel consumption of 10km/L in city traffic in Manila. In long drives or highway it runs on figures 12km/L to 15km/L.

Here in the Philippines we use 93octanes for Unleaded gasolines.
