2.4 Turbo Diesel are not gut less at all if u build them right . Mine turns 37s with ease and is still able to do 110 on the high way . I also have a 5l Turbo in my tourer and its great i would go with the 5l over the 2.8 . p.s I have a dyno sheet showning my 2.4 made 76kw at the tyres on 37s not ba...

The belt set up on the front of your engine in not serpentine nor is it V belts its called a gilmore drive and they are useless in 4wd applications .

Hey Mosko , Our neck braces are THOR ones , we brought them from Rising Sun Honda in Townsville but just about all bike shops should sell them , they are a bit expensive but are the most comfy and least restrictive i found so well worth the money .

Re: More damn dumb ass noob brake problems. help me.
[quote="DUDELUX"]The whole car rocks forward then back, a couple of times.
The brakes grab and STOP the car from moving anywhere, but this rocking is wierd.
Going by this statement it can not be the brakes at all , it can only be suspension related .

Re: More damn dumb ass noob brake problems. help me.
If the wheeles arent moving and the car is rocking back and foward i would be 90% sure thats its not the brakes that it would have to be shocks . It is almost impossible for it to be anything else . Try chocking the wheels and push and pull on the bullbar and then let go and see if it keeps rocking ...

Re: Diognosis... Drive issue on t400. Toyota transfer
I would say it will be the shifter set up , they have to be spot on to work correctly , first make sure u are using the right cable adjuster that bolts to the box because the pro ratchet shifters come with about 5 or 6 different options , and then its just a matter of following the adjustment proced...

Re: 30 spline 4340 cromeo cv for gu diff.
If you want it to be strong dont waste time with gu/gq stuff , just put a set of solids under it and forget about it . You can run with either free wheeling hubs or drive flanges and they are just about bullet proof . And if you cost out what it takes to go from gq to gu then put all the half decent...

Even the best water to air isnt going to make a major power/temp difference on a 3l/5l because they are not power houses to start with . But i have a xr6 turbo intercooler on mine just made new end tanks for it and it works really well its just air to air top mount but the improvment on the highway ...
