Recovery Points for D1

A while back I bought an ARB "style" bull bar off ebay for the right $$$ to go on our D1, im very slowly fashioning into an ARB Sahara style looking thing. It had been sitting for a while and had suffered a bit of cancer on the under/inside where the mud and crud tends to lay. Ive been chopping the ...

Re: HID kits

I bought a set of HID's (BiXenon H4 Setup) from Soarer93 on Ebay, I think I paid 120 inc freight or close too. Anyway, They were advertised as 55watt 4300K and as I have nothing to compare it to output wise, they do pump out alot of light. They are nice and white and not yellowy like I expected. The ...

Re: Who uses their fog lights?

I would like to be able to run my foggies for that extra little bit of light, but it'd be just my luck to be pulled over and booked for it, which would then give the POPO an excuse to go over my car and find other little "things"... Im considering some bright DRL's but I doubt they'd show enough ...

how does LED compare to HID? I have nothing concrete but we are optioning alot of our machines with LED (up from HID) at customers request. We just got in these crazy "COOLON" LED's and they are BRIGHT, dont resemble anything close to a traditional work light though. http://www.coolon.com.au ...

Halogen VS LED Driving Lights

Hi This link was sent to us from a supplier of all our LED worlights that are becoming very popular on alot of our CAT gear we are sending to site. As a matter of interest for myself and possibly others... in the diy project, which way round do they use the silo tube... The info and pix in the DIY are pretty poor to say the least! Arent they on the end of the dash board, drivers side???

IE, open the drivers door, and where the end of the dash meets the door (when closed) they are under a cover in a slight recess...

I dont think there are any others, except for the shitty fuseable links at the battery.

Hi Guys, Im looking to upgrade my SWB Gen1 Paj to a LWB Gen1.
