Can someone out there with barn doors on a 40 put up the measurements.
I'm hoping a barn door seal will sorta suit a one piece lower tailgate.

75 arms and a collapsable intermediate shaft from a 75 or a Bundy.
You can use a commodore pump have a look for bj42turbo's set up.

I ran the same load carrying springs for a while mate they are rough.
You can get away with taking a couple out of the pack which will improve the ride. It's a way of life with a 40!

General rule of thumb is if the bolt pattern on your pto drive is the same as the output plate on the tranny case , it will fit. The majority suit late model split case - the early model ones are a bit harder to find. My pto came of a 60 - I have late model split case which is the same, so just a ...

Had a similar problem a while ago. Went through it all as well. glow plugs, starter, battery, voltage reg blah blah blah.
Turned out the injectors were all but rooted - instead of a spray they dribbled = no start

Mine's copped plenty of solid knocks and been on it's side a couple of times no dramas. The tubs are solid as, panels will take a fair hammering before they crack, rather than bend.
