If you are using your lockers, means that you have wheels in the air or with very little load. So steering shouldn't be a problem, and you can leave your lockers on.

These can be reset, they are not as simple as pulling out a grommet and pressing the reset button though.

depends on the air pressure & rim width when measuring but they are give or take abit around 36"
Rolling diameter isn't affected by air pressure. even if the tyres are flat, it will still have the same rolling diameter

I think that this glazed bore issue is a little far fetched. What about big ships that come into port like container ships. With some of them if they are docked for less than 5 days they wont shut the engines down because there is more wear on the engine on start up. So they sit and idle for up to 5 ...

75 series ute cab on bundy chassis

Hey, i have been looking into cutting my bundy into a ute. After a bit of searching a few people have made mention of a 75 series ute cab conversion. Has anyone done this, put a 75 series ute cab onto a bundera chassis. Are the body mounts in the same position so they will bolt straight up or do ...

if its from an out put shaft its more that likely the bearing is gone
If its coming from the around the output shaft its more likely to be the output seal, not the bearing.

reco 22r, whats it worth?

Hey guys, i just bought my bundera project car, and it has a 22r in it that was reconditioned in late january this year. What is a fair price to sell the engine for as i won't be needing it, it has all the paperwork from the engine reconditioner. A friend of mine wants to buy it but i'm unsure as to ...

80 Series diffs under Bundera

I am looking at putting 80 series diffs under a bundera. I have searched other posts but they give no specifics on the job. 1. Has anyone on this board done it. was it fairly straight foward, do you have pics. 2. Are the original control arms on the rear diff used or are new ones fabricated to suit ...

the problem with axle studs is that people overtighten the nuts when reassembly the hubs, which causes the M8 bolts to stretch and weaken, if people tightened them correctly not over tightening then they wouldn't snap or shear.

bolts that are torqued and then tightened further to a specified angle are not reusable bolts. They are designed to stretch and should be replaced. Bolts which are just tightened to a specified torque, these can be reused as they aren't designed to stretch.

it could possibly be the clutch, shuddering, would mean that your flywheel may need machining, and the hard to select gears might be because the pressure plate springs are worn, and not giving you full travel of the clutch

the problem is more than likely going to be the pushrod length. THe length of the pushrod will need to be shortened, so as to stop the piston covering the relief port. This port allows the brake fluid pressure to equalise and release the brakes.
