ive got a lincoln 170 mig that needs a new handle... im a novice and wanting to learn. the actual trigger is broken. Do i needs to replace the whole handle and lead back into the machine? where is the cheapest place to source what i need? i assume the states?

So...... has that already got a chassis extension? Im a massive fan of all chassis extensions.. i drive a single cab GU patrol that is an extended chassis, six wheeler with a fiberglass pod behind the rear window. I would love a dual cab entended ute...

Id go a tub with that gull wing style box you ...

Looks great... i like the dual cab chops..... I like them more when there is a slight chassis extensiona also.. but these do look good. for some reason i think that role bar could be a little straighter. but i see you have followed the cab.. Each to their own. I think it looks the good either way.

Ok... we are now staying at king fisher resort... do i need to get permits for the driving on the the beach?

On the resorts website it says something about permits, but you can get them frmo the reception at the resort.. does this sound right?

What do you think this is worth?

2004 six wheeler turbo diesel nissan patrol. 245,000kms.

vehicle is a lazy axle six wheeler with and extra cab built into the rear of the cab. the chassis has also been extended considerably. All work proffesionally done and engineered.

Vehicle is in good condition with new clutch etc...

well all i took it on its first trip yesterday up to rainbow bech via the noosa ferry. not a problem at all.

Got stuck once due to the tyre tracks getting onto the inland track where quite deep and it bottom out onto the diff. Apart from that, not a worry at :)

thanks guys... and yes i thought it was a reasonable question also.

I was aware that it is still a 4x4, and it wouldnt be terrible. but i figured if people can take a loaded cruiser and jayco in tow, then i should be fine .

How do you guys think a extended chassis six wheel turbo diesel patrol would go on the beach . the last axle is a lazy and the vehicle weighs 3T unladen.

Ok, petrol 80's you can get at a good price. My question is what diesel engine would go into them with minimum of fuss? Is there anytning major that needs to be changed? and what would the cost be?

Im looking at a 93 model 75 ute with 330 thousand km's. The interior is a bit rough, but should clean up ok.
The bit that has me a bit interested is that it has an extended wheel base and tray with upgraded supsension and diff ect.

The view would be to put a turbo, supsension, tyres, rims and then ...

thanks for the reply. I should have been clearer. I would only tow a box trailer if it wasnt a ute. i play a bit with house reno's, so a trailer would be used for hardware trips mainly..
