Looks like another awesome Cliffhanger by Navrun. Wish we were there to join in on the fun. Most of the rigs look pretty awesome this year with lots of big mods, sure to be plenty of high speed action out on those paddocks to test the skill of both car and team. Gee is Queensland going to take ...

Hobzee and Rudi, You 2 have organised an excellent event for the last 3 years that I have been attending and to be fed, showered and all of the other luxuries that go with the event in the middle of Australia that is an awesome accomplishment. The extra costs of a few hundred dollars in my mind is ...

2Dextreme make all types of race proven arms that don't break, crack or bend. I have been running them for 3 years now in winch challenges, Outback challenge and Cliffhanger. Mine are a set of custom arms with rear bushes and slider drop boxes that you can't get hung up on. He has made plenty of ...

Re: Drop arms

Its fun that it was only Saturday morning that Muppet had rang me and canceled and order for a set of arms that he had placed a order in for one week after the outback had finished and up until Monday week ago he still wanted them. And they are the some set up as these arms. Good to see Muppet is ...

I'm sure Birdy, Krimnl & Kill Bill will be really happy about that one. Their own blood telling them that they can't win.

Birdy's team is half QLDer anyway.

What type of format is the run when you say GPS run. Is it going to be a case of here's 50 points, go and get them, or is it point to point.

What is the latest time we can get there to start.

Now we're talken.

Especially SS17.

This is going to be one wild Cliffhanger with all these 20 stages now set.

Muppet started a good one last year while we were waiting for the 2m deep MUD stage, Barrel racing like the horses do but in a slightly modified 4B. Could be SS21.

We had a lot of interest at the start but looks like we couldn't get anybody to definitely comit to running it. There's a lot of interest out there and I have had a lot of calls behind the scenes saying that they would definitely be in it but don't want to say it out loud where everyone can hear ...

As the name 4WD suggests (4 Wheel DRIVE) notice the drive, it's not 4 Wheel WINCH. I have been in events up here in QLD and also just saw on 4WD TV that 4WD's on a driveable hill that still have forward momentum are stopped by the furious whistle blows just to make them winch. Lets drive the hills ...

NEW Winch Challenge Interest. CCDA???? Organisers.

Just thought I would see if there are any event organisers out there that would like to hold an event here in South East QLD or Northern NSW to suit the Faster style winch challenge trucks that are setup for longer and faster stages like OBC and Cliffhanger. Preferrably 1000m and longer per stage ...

Believe the Cliffhanger is already a national event, whether we need to head down the road for the need to attract international teams is debateable. The organisers of the Cliffhanger need to trend carefully or the event will up a "status" event where only those competitors with the capacity to ...

Dave, is there actually going to be driving in this event for longer than a few hundred metres. I am very sure (first hand information from some big names) that a lot of people would be more interested if you had some longer stages where we actually got to drive our cars for more than 3 minutes.
