that one screw in the middle is the only thing holding it in, dont forget there is a fairly thick wire attached to the back of it... so maybe that is getting cought on the door frame?

well i get 28.5 litres to the hundred in my 3f, with 35's
i tuned the whole thing, carby, points, tappets etc etc and still 28.5


so im putting a 350chev in with dual fuel (gas and petrol)

figured if im going to use so much fuel, i may aswell do it with a big thumpin v8 ahahha

nah i dont carry huge amounts of weight in mine.
its luky to see half a tone of sand once a month if that. definetly going to take some leafs out.

well my springs are so stiff i get stuff all flex anyways, so no, they dont scrub the firewall or tops of the gaurds or anything

yea im experimenting with my leaf packs now, ive got 10 leafs in each pack! is that alot or am i being silly after my suzuki had only 4? ahaha

sorry to burst everyones bubbles... but i run 35's on my 75series ute and they are fine. scrubs on full lock, but it hits the spring not the body. so thats because of offset instead of lift. standard srpings are rubbish though, no flex and terribly stiff. im chasing a good quality 2"spring lift but ...

in the engine specs books at work they have all the measurments in mm's and in inches. just because alot of the old precision tools where inches only. but nowadays lots are metric.

nah mate they are definetly not the same.
your mistaken as its .34"MM" or the equivelent is .14 in INCHES!!
you can set the tappets when the engine is cold. it really doesnt make much of a difference.

nice i like ya truck!!

ive decided to buy my mates custom winch bar off his GQ comp truck, get a winch. 2" or 3" body lift, 35's or cut the gaurds a bit and put 37" centipedes. then after a lil while if i have any money left.... front and rear air lockas.
