60 Series glow circuit problem

Hi all, When I turn on the ignition the relay connects but no power goes to the plugs. I checked and changed the under dash fuse, measured the out side of the relay and it was reading 12+V when on so I checked and there is continuity between the out side of the relay and the plugs. One thing I ...

Just tested the relay and power is running to the relay out when the ignition is turned to on but not to the plugs.
And continuity exists from power out on the relay to the glow plugs when power was off.
I'm a bit stumped, any ideas?
Thanks.

just use recovery points with the 'clip', that stops the strap falling off, or your hitch receiver with a rated pin.
