Hey guys does anyone know if ATS is still doing the Kits for strengthening the IFS for the LC 100's?

Are there any issues post welding like having to straightening or normalising once the diff housing is laminated? I imagine most of the external bracing is biased to one side.

the 6ltr sounds great but i don't think anyone makes a kit to fit them to the disco if ther is some one does anyone know? Huh? its just chev bolt pattern, chev adapter to zf, chev adapted engine mount, with standard chev to gen3 adapters. Easy ZF will die though, better off getting a 4l80e to lt230 ...

If you want a good robust 3D CAD package, the Solid Works it the way to fly. Great tutorials bundled in it and easy enough to use. Use AutoCrud for 2D drafting only!

Local Rovers with 3.9 had 8.13:1 Compression, Units released overseas had 9.35:1. If you look on the left hand side of the engine where the engine number is stamped just above it should have the compression ratio stamped in as well I think.

Those CVs look Identical to the ones in my 92 RR except the outer shafts on mine have the flange forged on the end. I wonder if they are bigger? I know when comparing mine against the other type with the shafts incorparated , mine look weak.

When I was buying my first RR I was told "If your rover doesnt leak, it hasn't got any oil in it."

So far that has held true on the majority of rovers I have seen.

Im slowly putting together my 5L conversion for my RR. I need to get a signal from the ZF Auto to the Holden ECU for the Vehicle speed sensor.
Does any one know how many pulses a 91 RR electronic speedo is receiving when the truck is doing 60 Km/h?
