I have one and am pretty happy with it for the price i paid. Mine is dual fuel and really cheap to run. 70l of gas gets me around 400km with a mix of freeway and city driving. Power up the bush is ok, no where near the torque of a diesel but i have not suffered up any hills yet, as what i lack in ...

Rear LSD getting a bit tired. To shim or not to shim?

Hi tried searching and haven't had much luck. My rear lsd is getting a bit tired in my GQ, doesn't always spin 2 for some reason.
Is shimming hard to do or not? Could this be done by me easily enough?

RB30 dual fuel problem

Hi occasionally my rb30 patrol when driving on gas just wont rev through a certain rev range normally like 2000-2500rpm. It is almost like the gas has been blocked or something like that. It only does this every now and then (3 or so times a week).
Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers

RB30 extractors off VL or skyline do they fit patrol?

G'day looking at getting some extractors and a new exhaust for my patrol just wondering if extractors off a vl would fit on?
Is this the best bang for my buck or is there something else i should look at first. My patrol is running petrol/gas.
Cheers

After a 4wd for a bit of family fun really. Looking for something to take up the bush. Tray would be handy but i have a trailor and don't need it that often so doesn't really sway me the hilux way. Are the petrol cruisers ok on the road? I know that the hilux's don't really like 100km/h that much
