Yes, definately. I got mine 4 years ago for a touch over $1100.00 delivered from the US when our dollar was 71c US at the time, that was $687.00 cheaper than I could get them from my local 4by shop. Also they were on my door step in 9 days, instead of waiting 6 weeks from the local bloke. Mine came ...

Is there a big difference between the no slips and regular lockrights? There is a $300 price difference between the two, so I'm wondering if it is worth it or not. My HiLux is a daily driver so on road manners are important, but I'm prepared to change my driving style. Sorry for the thread hijack ...

I have one of the cheap ebay jobbies on my HZ and so far it's working fine, a mate has had one on in his 350 HQ Coupe for 2 years without any problems. For $70.00 what have you got to lose? It'll cost more than that to get a Blue motor Bosch rebuilt and they have a nasty habit of modules playing up.

If you get a LOKKA you will find it harsh in the way it engages and disengages If you get a Lockright it'll be smoother, if you get a Lockright Powertrax No Slip, you wont even know it's there 99%of the time.

Ultratune in Vestan Drive Morwell are fairly sensible when it comes to RWC's, but in saying that anything that needs doing will not be overlooked as they all have to cover thier arses with so many people suing these days.......

Here's a thought. If all this work has been done trying to make the d-gas system work on your engine, and you are really *that* sure it is the system at fault, take it all off, put it into another car, and prove your point. Otherwise we could sit here forever debating it and come to no conclusion ...

Maybe the vehicle is at its limits of power to make. If the diesel was backed off a little, then gas added it would/should make more power. Care to post up some dyno graphs? What sort of power does it make at the wheels? From what I've been told up to 10% extra power on a n/a engine is the norm. I ...

what AFR's is it running? the only time gas is gonna give a benefit, no matter how shitty the tune, is when there is fuel and air left unburnt and it can scavenge that. if you were making all the power the motor was going to with the amount of air it was being fed, then the diesel should have been ...

Personally I don't think it's a tuning problem, It has the latest D-Gas Version 2 TPI system on it now. This is the 5th delivery system" all D-Gas" that has been fitted and the greatest power benifit of 3.5kw at 38% gas was the original system. It has spent as much time in workshops etc as I have ...

Believe me , we have tried many many jet combinations through the 5 gas systems and the best result was a 3.5% power increase using 38% gas, put a smaller jet in and the power increase lessens. D-Gas giving no benefits, anyone else having issues??

Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue getting any power and fuel economy benefits from their N/A diesel fitted with D-Gas . I have the same problem with my Troopy, it was fine till the cable broke and when the new one was installed (by me) it now flutters between 40-90 kmh (worst at 60) then once it gets to 100kmh its normal. Not a genuine Toyota cable so that may be the issue.
