Why would you want to?

Driving in a harness (even 4 point) is bloody uncomfortable. for a harness to do it's job in a crash, you have to have it fairly tight. Normal retractable seatbelts are the best bet for on road use.

I have been to Frazer Island on several occasions and never had an issue with dingos. They are quite timid in my experience and keep their distance. These ones couldn't get close enough! They weren't threatening at all, if we so much as growled at them they would scamper away... http://www ...

All lights are available in 24v, winches come in 24v, all recent Engels and Waeco fridges will run on 24v.

The only drama is your radio, and a cheap 24->12 inverter from Jaycar will fix that.

Think of the positives, 24v wiring can be thinner as it will draw less amps.

It would be worth the $3 toll for you to drive to Artarmon and see Eddy and Chris at Artarmon Automotive.

Great guys, know their 4wds very well. Don't charge anything unfair.

Having music going in between commentary was good, until it started skipping and getting all distorted.

For next year, maybe be a bit more on the ball with announcing when a truck is getting ready to start a stage. That way spectators would have a chance to get a vantage point.

I was told the guy in the hilux was taking the ambo to his wife. He seemed a bit panicked at the time, we thought he must have known the person needing help. Best place to buy one overseas would probably be Expedition Imports - shipping is cheaper from the US west coast than from Europe.
