its the ps bracket ...... don't ley any onr tell you different.....

I had the same problem...

I found a 3l alt. bracket at the wreckers that did the trick.....

if you compare the ps bracket against the old mount, the angle will be diiferent.

Definately lock rite rear, as said if installed correctly they are awsome off road, i drive normal with mine in the rear only gotta be weary that it is there when it has been raining, mostly on roundabouts.. If you can handle a little clicking and the occasional bang there is nothing wrong with ...

ok here goes.... the motor itself doesent make a difference, so yes...... But, if the pump is off a 2lte motor it mounts low on the drivers side which means it won't fit in a hilux with a solid axel with a torsion bar, the torsion bar gets in the way.

so I hope that makes sense.

you didn't state whether you had a petrol or a deisel........

never the less the line should be piped into the inlet manifold....

also if its a deisel engine don't use a boost / vac gauge use a boost only...

deisle engines don't have vacume in the manifold.

hope this helps

as all the others have stated.... you can't beat both..... this is what I did... I started with a Lockrite locker in the front and a CIG locker in the rear, this created two problems. 1. the car very hard to steer. 2. the rear was binding up making a lot of noise especialy on roundabouts ...

I have a welded rear and a lockrite in the front, it works very well......... BUT it is very big pain in the butt to turn while in 4X4, also very frustrating shifting into and out of 4X4 between tough spots. I also am very tight but I think the frustratiun is gonna get the better of me.
