mines a 95 mod and there are bolt holes in the floor 3 for the middle seat and 2 for the dicky seat there are pre cut spot in the vinal flooring about 50 x 30 mm in size.

I know this must have been asked 1000 times but is 28l /100ks on gas acceptable for a 4.2efi lwb gq
AND
is it possible to put the gas tank lengthways down the car were the petrol tank now sitts as i want to put in a long range petrol tank in for outback touring.

just fixed my fuel tank you will need to have a 4inch slot cut out of it .
just mark were the arm is on the tank and TAKE IT TO A FABRICATER to do cost me $150 the have special rinses to put in the tank prior to cutting and welding the tank.

just had the airlocker installed in the front and driving home on the black top in 2 wheel and hubs locked not diff and at 80 ks + it get a droning noise with a slight vibration. 31 at tyres 5" lift with correct castor angles
unlock the hubs no noise or vibrations
Is this normal

i currently have a stock standard 95 gq LWB with lpg under back it has the flarey gaurds but i dont want to cut the body

i was looking at a 4" spring and 2" body lift and running 34jt2 or 35 peds simex but will go to 33 if ...

i am wanting to put 35'simex on it but are the bolt patterns offset/backspace the same as the cruiser

No loom on the wolf they dont make one you need to wire it in hence i got the new pins

has any one had vibration problem in there serria at low speed 0-20k and then when you take you foot off at 80+k put the foot back down instantly goes away or at least 95% of it

I have checked the transfer and it is fine gearbox has just been checked out and is a litte worn in the bearings but ...

i have recently put in a new 4l engine into my 93 3.5l disco the 4l is set up with all the 3.5 sensors these have been checked or replaced, including the air flow sensor and computer and all are within the required peremiters
The problem is that my fuel figures are around 28-30/100kms has anyone ...

just finished doing this last week you will need to rheem out about .5mm to make the bolt holes line up i already had a zlink which was cut to the new length sleeved and welded. $75 each is a bit steep as i picked mine up in Canberra for $40 for the pair

Thanks guys i am getting it from roadlessgear in the states au price is $220 but a mate is bring it back as he goes there for business and is never near his laugage weight otherwise it was $40 frieght to canberra
