Silly question, hubs are banging out of being locked?

I think this might be a stupid question but here goes Went out a couple of weekends ago and was wheeling okay for the first couple of tracks, then there was a sound coming from the front hub/bearings, the sound went after I unlocked the hubs so didn't think it was the bearings as I thought the sound ...

Re: 2 bolt GQ engine mounts

When I was looking into this I noticed that there is a metal strap that can go over the top of the mount to stop it tearing, I think I saw it on ebay when I was searching for the mounts, can't remember exactilly but it could be something to look into.

I got 5 inch, with everything mentioned to correct it drives fine as it's not a race car, no sway bars, flexy coils, mega flex radius arms, still chopped the fronts and rear quarters. Not a fan of body lifts, had a shorty 2+2 went fine but shorties are way different to lwb cars so can't compair them ...

if the ARB ones are cheaper go for them. Also if there is a waiting list for TJM then that would suggest that spare parts could be a problem.

I'm not a fan of bolt on ARB but lockers are one thing that have on my car that I don't mind, and acutally enjoy

Cheers for the replys,

The powerstearing pump would have been a good idea, but taken that off now too, might just have to put it back on and give it a go

anyways it shouldn't be stuffed (fingers crossed) and be back on the track real soon

cheers

nah call the rta

they have a written off vehicle register

I think the vehicle has to be less than 10 years (not sure need to check that) and it gets entered in a database

if its over that then there isn't a record

give em a call and they should be able to let you know
