ive just pick my new rc colorado.. same engine as the dmax.. and i've gotten almost 400km on half a tank. half freeway half town driving.. and about 50% air con on/off.

i had a similar problem with my 86 4runner. problem was that when i did the wheel bearings i left the outer gasket off (the star kinda shaped one). so the hubs were disengaging but that few mm less clearance was causing them to stay on.. just.

yer brake fluid is handy. Brake light is a level sensor in the resoviour, the handbrake has its own light "park brake".

i disconnected the park brake sensor because it kept coming on when the handbrake bounced when offroad.

theres a thread in the manifold under the alternator which is for the factory dash temp guage. Me personally on my commy, i have it in the top radiator hose.

i slapped a heap of ironman gear in my 86 ifs 4runner. torsion bars, rear leafs, shocks, steering damper etc. quite noticible going from saggy soft springs to new stiffer ones.
