2 shims will lock it up good n proper. a mate of mine cut the lid of a milo tin and it still acted like a lsd just a bit harsh.
i fitted a complete extra clutch (1 clutch plate from a old lsd pack) and it dosnt unlock. shit onroad good offroad tho.

i had mine built at the deisel mob behind mobil in nambour josh, went from standard pump to a very capable pump. for 2400 with new injectors. ask andrew holford to hit em up for you. oh and has he given you back the lowmnt airbox yet? we ended up goin diferent route with his airbox.

i just put a 98 ute shell on my 89chassie. was bolt on only had to cut the front shock towers into the inner gaurd. also had to use the 89 steering shaft.

when mine was doint his it was because of loose line fiting between the pump and the t-peice to the to the gauge now every conection has a zippy tie n not more lose of boost.

i just had my pump built, and when we re-installed it i cud winde the boost adjuster right out and it quite freely goes over 25psi so i set it at 20. egts get to 500 quite easly but back off and they drop away just as quick. on a hiflo denco kit with water to air and $$$$ pump

gq 4.2t 1st tank without fuel adjust ment was 350-95ltr (heavy right foot)

2nd with fuel adjustment tank was 300klm - aprox 80ltrs -same driving style
