Mine scrubb on hard lock when compressed up and im running 3+3

will it fix the issue though?

Im looking at getting a newer model extra cab for my lux and would like to know if i can get a 2wd Cab or do i have to get a 4x4 cab?

I might just lift my Engine/Gearbox at the same time to match body lift and then i wont have a problem

Ive had a quick search and unable to obtain if there is a difference between a 2wd 3RZ Sump and a 4x4 3RZ Sump

The only way to make it more water friendly is to get a diesel.

I replaced Everything on the iginition side of mine and whilst it made it a lot better in keeping the water out, it doesnt matter what you do you will always have a few idling issues after your drop your car deep in mud/water

Any Lux is a good Lux

I would go looking for an Extra or a Dual Cab, I love my single but there is no room to carry anything in the cab it all das to be strapped to the back

i have 33inch Mickey T ATZ on my 87 Lux

the only time they scrub is on hard lock with all the weight transfered to the front

I have a 3inch Body Lift and 1 inch suspension lift

In the future yes but at this point im just going to add a return to centre steering damper and possibly a rockrod

I thought Longer shocks in standard format just limits upward travel, thanks for the info.

Stock Rear springs in front and IFS rears in the rear will give 4inches of lift allround, on extended shackles that is?

im looking at changing the stock suspension in my 87 lux and am looking for some advise on what you guys would recommend I will be running a winch and bullbar, along with a towbar on the rear, i would like if possible to have a less harsh ride with plently of flex for playing whilst still being safe ...

Due to it only being seals i cannot see it being that hard, only thing is make sure you remember how it goes to gether as you pull it apart. somebody else on this forum may be able to shed more light on how difficult it may be, take the wheels off and have a good look at were the leak is emminating ...
