Thanks, Im gonna go the 3RZ Route,

Ive had a quick search and unable to obtain if there is a difference between a 2wd 3RZ Sump and a 4x4 3RZ Sump

Just dont wanna squish the Sump

The only way to make it more water friendly is to get a diesel.

I replaced Everything on the iginition side of mine and whilst it made it a lot better in keeping the water out, it doesnt matter what you do you will always have a few idling issues after your drop your car deep in mud/water

i have 33inch Mickey T ATZ on my 87 Lux

the only time they scrub is on hard lock with all the weight transfered to the front

I have a 3inch Body Lift and 1 inch suspension lift

Stock Rear springs in front and IFS rears in the rear will give 4inches of lift allround, on extended shackles that is?

Due to it only being seals i cannot see it being that hard, only thing is make sure you remember how it goes to gether as you pull it apart. somebody else on this forum may be able to shed more light on how difficult it may be, take the wheels off and have a good look at were the leak is emminating ...
