G'day all
I'm trying to do the EL Falcon alternator upgrade to my Sierra and I can't for the life of me get the pulleys off either the falcon alternator nor the sierra one, is there a secret that I dont know about to get these things off?
Cheers for any advice

Gearbox Problems
G'day all, My sierra's gearbox is playing up, It clunks into first second and third and if I stop in neutral it's almost impossible to get back into first. The clutch seems fine doesnt stall or lag so is this a sign that the gearbox is dying or that the clutch is dying? any info is greatly apreciated

Diff Issues
G'Day all,
Quick question about my diffs, my rear diff is stuffed and I have no money :( can I swap the front and rear centers as a cheap (FREE) fix for now? what are the differences in each end? Mines an 88 Build Suzuki Sierra 1.3 WT Hardtop.
Thanks for any info

Ha Ha, you get 80k's before it says half a tank! mine is usually about 50, I've had it drop to half as low as 12k's from filling up. I too get 250k's to a 34L tank, brings up some questions about the little 1.3 but it's good to hear I'm not the only one with these issues.+ I use the Tectaloy coolant ...

Thanks Guys, Just ran with the Tcase in Neutral, Good Idea that, theres a definate marbles rolling around kind of noise. I've narrowed it down to output of gearbox or input to Tcase. The noise is coming from that area and it is output speed related rather than input rev related. I'm pretty sure it's ...

Noise!! I cant drown it out with the stereo any more!
Ok, the noise starts at about 60kph and contiues to get louder/higher pitch as speed increases. It goes away when clutch pedal is depressed (clutch disengaged??) then comes back as soon as pedal is released. (same pitch in any gear, pitch is relevant to speed. revs also have no effect) Can anyone ...

Hey all, My little zook isnt enjoying this hot weather and I was thinking thermo fan(s) mounted between the radiator and front grille, also thinking of cutting some vents into the bonnet to help with a bit of flow through. Tyre Dumping
Hey,
I've got a set of Dunlop Road Grippers, they're still good for another 7000K's if anyone wants em, other wise I'm told it's like 15 bucks to dump them at the tip. Does anyone know where toget rid of them free? otherwise they're going to the vacant block up the street at 3am

Just wondering if anyones toyed with the idea of a larger capacity fuel tank for a wide track hard top? or if there's tanks from other cars that could fit in? I've got a 2' body lift as well.
Thanks

G'Day all I've been driving my little G13A round the alps in Victoria and I was just wondering what the temperature guage is telling me. When it rests just above cold (normal operation) what is this in celcius? It moves to a bit under half during long uphill climbs. I would never let it, but how hot ...
