they have a front sway bar... mounts up behind the shock... just unblot the top bolt, and then the bits on the front off the diff.. and pull it out...

or someone might have taken it off before you...

are the ratios written on the diff somewhere, (iv pulled the center out but cant see it.. is it on there?) or is there a way to work out what they are? (withoug knowing what sort of rig they came from...?

and also what is a canter worth... doesnt look like its done much work,

happens with the spotties off, and on... its the back of the combo switch that gets hot, (the contacts on there) i have cleaned it all.. but havnt pulled it off... which i will do 2morrow.... i guess... maby just put my other one off and see if it does it...

i ran a bumper like that for a while (a peice of c channel covering the chassis rails) didnt have a problem... but that was just driving aroung... not sure about legalities.

while on the subject of transfers... when i put mine into 4wd, hi or lo... i ge a clunking sound, as if iv lost a tooth or something in there... havnt had a chance to drain oil as yet, as im wating on my new bank card.

that one in the pic is diffrent to mine.... mine mount inside the pillar (i'll get pics 2night when i get the camera back from mum) i ended up using the ones oput of my parts car, there fairly good, but one has a fray in the middle at the bottom which is covered by the a plastic sleve thing, so hope...

as far as i know they are the roiginal belts... they are the same from my 83 mk to 83 mq...

spoke to nissan and they said there are 7 diffrent belts for the mq/mk's... so have to give them my vin and they will work it out...

well i worked out the brake problem... well i have an 83 MK and a 83 MQ for a parts car... they both have the same sort of seat blet. the only replacement one i could find is from 85-96 which mounts on the outside of the pillar... mine mount to the inside... as for master cylinders i still dont know what the problem is, and will work it ...
