It's hidden in the left rear wheel arch, on the forward side of the arch. I think there's an access panel inside the cabin, on top of the arch. Otherwise, just trace the hose coming out of the diff to where it ends up forward of the left rear wheel. It sounds to me like your switch in the dash may ...

I put that kit on mine last year. Shocks are nothing special (I only got them as it was about the same price for the kit v. t/bars and springs). It gave me a bit over 1.5" lift on the rear. I'll probably replace the shocks with Ranchos or similar this year some time. The handling improved out of ...

I had a 2.25" cat back system and foam panel filter put on the shorty last year. Definitely made a difference as I can go up one of the larger hills near home in 5th, where it was back to 4th previously. Chris at Artarmon Automotive did the work, can recommend them. It sounds great and makes a ...

I just can't bring myself to buy a brand new one and then treat it like I would.

I think I'll wait a couple of years and get a second hand one, won't feel bad about using it as it was designed then. ;)

After cleaning out the ISC motor and throttle body it was no better so I delved into the manual. Looks like there's an issue with power to the ISC.

The Torsion bar length is fixed for your vehicle, lift is just how far you wind them up. I recently put the Ironman kit on. Pretty happy with the results. Their cheap shocks that came with the kit are just that...cheap. They will be replaced down the track, probably with Ranchos or similar. Bit of a ...

Paj not idling.

Hi all, need a bit of help thanks. It's a NH, 6G72. After a couple of hour run down the freeway the Paj decides it doesn't want to hold idle revs. Runs fine in all other respects, though the exhaust is popping a bit on the overun (could be my imagination...). Same when cold or warm. Idles fine with ...

Now I'm only going on what I've been told, and that is the gearboxes for NH-NL all have the same belhousing shape/size. It's just the 'box case that's bigger in the later ones.

afaik, the 24V engines run individual coil packs unlike the 12V with one coil. Not an issue if you're using an aftermarket ECU (which I gather you are). Apart from that a mechanic very familiar with pajeros, challengers etc has told me it'll bolt right in. It'd be great to have a guinea pig ...

NH swb, 265 000km, bit noisy when cold, bit smokey when idling for a while. No plans for rebuild, will wait 'til it won't start. Regular oil and filter changes make a big difference.

Hi all, looking at getting some new torsion bars and springs. It seems there are 2 lengths for the torsion bars. Can anyone tell me how far the front of the bar goes into the lower suspension arm?
