there manual locking hubs, and the passenger wheel is locked in drive while the oppostie side is free. i just took off the free wheeling hub and it looks alright it pops up when i turn it to lock and goes back down on its own when turned back to free. any help guys? its still making the shaving noise.

is there a setup to push the button once and it plays through?
