31's on a vitara

G'day fella's Been a while since I've been on here. I've been pretty busy building a house. Anyway, I bought the missus a 92 V6 Vitara recently and it's in need of tyres. Very few offroad ones available for the 16" rims and seemingly even less for the 15" rims. My question is, will 31x10.5 R15's fit ...

80 Series brakes

Hi Gents,
I am thinking about buying an 80 series for my missus but yesterday I was talking to a guy from a 4wd repair shop on here on the sunny coast who said that 80 series brakes are shite. Can anyone shine any light on this? The guy has been around for a long time and seems to know his stuff.

Don't go over 90 k's then. I have a HJ47 and I can't hear anything except engine, gearbox and body noises at 100 k's

Comfortable seats for HJ 47

Does anyone know of some comfortable seats for a HJ 47 that would bolt in easily, or with minimum fuss? I'm not looking to spend a mint, but he standard seats are not enticing the missus to go on a longish trip

dont waste your money on the 253. Sell it to a mate for a boat anchor and with the money u get from that u can buy a happy meal and be happy! Maybe an option Falcon 6cyl motor would have to be the cheapest bang for your buck conversion. It's been discussed a few times on here so have a search. Merry Christmas all. I am wondering about mounting a hi-lift jack (my Christmas present from my wife) to my 47 Ute. What have people done (ideas). I have seen them mounted to the front of the step and up the front pillar and I'm wondering how you do this.

My son had a H in his 45. It was slow and vibrated heaps so we changed it to a 2H; -never happier. If you decide to keep the H in it, find a good dentist as it will eventually shake your teeth out.
