1) will the mighty kong transfer case mount bolt up to the origional mounts and dos it offer the added strength to the case (as in extra boldint points) to safly run reduction gear?? 2) are 6.5 gear overkill for only 30inch tyres ?? i was gunna just go the 4.9s but the 6.5s are $120 cheaper dos anyo...

i was puttin in the rear transfer output seal today and was wondering how far in is it surposed to be pushed??
is it surposed to be flush with the outter housing or pushed deaper into the recess a bit???

ok i just got a 92 modile sierra and i got a few questions i need help with

1)dos the rear output shaft seal on the transfer just tap in from the outside??

2)dos the pion seal on the rear diff tap on from the outside??

just done put the 60 series backin plates one me 47series ute a month ago recon its about 10 times better. think i had to use a early model 75 series hand brake cable which was only just long enough didnt have to do any weldin thou thankfully. just used a bit of thread rod and a spring seems to work...
