you need fully sealed covers and hose for pipe work in cab
two transfer valves only one filler point is reqed
get them to run lines valves should cost 500 to 1000
for gas lines valves ect..

i have a straight gas turbo 1 fzfe i get 300km to 80liters of lpg towing a tri axel boat going close to 4200 kgs when loaded iknow it needs a bigger rig to tow this amount but no gear and low fuel tank is 3450 kgs so just gets it it has good brakes on the trailer i have towed a 6000kg loaded boat ...

hub

i have never broke a hub but have replaced one only due to having to weld axel to hub in the bush
the dowls and studs will brake every now and then
only under huge loads i.e locker one wheel air born then slaming down and perfict grip or towing a 3000kg load with a locker on.

i have removed the maniflod now
i have just got new factory gaskets steel press type
fitting up will be to factory specs and copper silicon
if there is a next time it will be copper
it has 2 brackets that hold turbo assembly so stress should not be a problem

i have the same problem hand brake needs adjusting way to much
maybe hydrolic lock on the brake pedal like in a old jeep could work

10 mm studs

you can get 100series studs they are 10mm with cone and washer nut
it works a treat straight from toyota thats what i have done note if you can break 8mm studs. 10mm you can still twist so add a dowl and it should be all good and get some extras for spares

i have a turbo 80 for 6 years built it all makes 189 kw @ 4 on straight gas at 9psi all day no cooler and 35s prob make 250kw @ 12 psi and norm tyers my gear box just handles it front diff breakes so do the back but not as often a big block will just brake every drive line part cost at least 10000 ...

i have done 3 batt in my boat 4 now you need to i find space in ya rig for that extra batt and altnator ect 3 will charge of one alt, but the alt wont last long mine lasted 50hrs like that from new to many amps you need two alts or a good solar set up 160watts with 2 good batt on a good system ...

i would buy a turbo motor and box as have different internals and i have done a supercharer on a hiace van 2.4 d with not much improvement all so turboed 2 in 4 runners one stock motor 1st one lasted 20,000km then through a rod motor only had 185000km put in a turbo motor and box lasted me 200000km ...

it not cheap they where talking 5000-7000 as nissan and toyo diff gears need to be changed front and rear you need a 60 series front diff as bracing is bigger you weld it to an i beam cut out diff centre knob then get your new gu diff cut it up till it fits in place of toyo then line up axels so ...
