just a quick Q about your winch.
I was thinking about using one on my boat trailer to drag my tinny (200kg total) up (and down) from steep river banks. Do you think they have enough grunt and will last long enough for it to be a decent idea.

Re: fuse melting on elec fans help please
When i was running Au thermos i was using 30 amp fuses on each one no probs. I tried 20 but blew on start up. I found the best solution was to strip out the wiring from a falcon and use as much of it as i could inc relays, etc. Fans then seemed to pull more air and were noisier as if they were ...

split rims v's sunnies
can any one give any feedback in regards to running std split rims on a patrol/cruiser. I got a ute to use a daily driver/backup/cruiser recovery vehicle and was thinking of just using the split rims on it rather than going to 31x10.5 tyres.
Thanks

Sounds like they could be burnt unfortunately, but try putting the springs back on the valves and see if air still gets through with a hundred or so pounds of spring holding the valve closed. that was with the valve springs in place. :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words: that head was ...

how about you search or post in toyota forums and get all the info you need, then compare that against what you already have got in your .
Mq and MK have different springs also in the front, before you even enter the petrol/diesel debate.
I can tell you gq leaf front is different from MK front.
